1. Orders & Tracking

How can I track my order? Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Can I modify or cancel my order? We process orders quickly (usually within 24-48 hours). If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us at contact@shopusia.com immediately. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to stop the shipment.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do? Please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us, and we will verify your email address and resend the confirmation.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? Our delivery timeframe consists of two parts:

  • Processing Time: 2 - 4 business days.
  • Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days (for the UK). Total estimated delivery time: 9 - 18 business days.

How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically take 10 - 20 business days to arrive.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it? If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time of 18 business days, please contact our support team at contact@shopusia.com or call us at +44 20 3925 2998 so we can investigate immediately.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? No. Returns are Free. We will provide you with a downloadable, pre-paid return shipping label.

Are there any restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

How do I start a return? Please email us at contact@shopusia.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return label and instructions on how to send your package.

How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The funds will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

 

4. Products

Are your products new? Yes, we only sell brand-new items.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
